مقدمة

تشرح هذه السياسة ما يعالجه تطبيق «Gembo: Pixel Sort Puzzle» (اسم الحزمة: com.ibrahemdev.gembo) من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف يمكنك التحكم فيها. Gembo لعبة ألغاز يمكن لعبها دون اتصال بالإنترنت. لا توجد حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا يجمع المطوّر أي بيانات شخصية ولا يخزّنها ولا يبيعها، ويبقى تقدّمك في اللعبة على جهازك فقط. لا تحتوي اللعبة على مشتريات داخل التطبيق، وهي تعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob، وتعالج خدمة Google هذه بعض البيانات كما هو موضّح أدناه.

١. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

تحفظ اللعبة تقدّمك على جهازك فقط، في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق (مكتبة shared_preferences). يشمل ذلك: المراحل المفتوحة والمكتملة ونجومها، والعملات، والمساعدات، وسلسلة التحدي اليومي، وصناديق العوالم التي فتحتها، وإعداداتك (المؤثرات الصوتية والموسيقى والاهتزاز واللغة).

لا تُرسل هذه البيانات إلى المطوّر أبدًا، وتُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بياناته. وقد تُضمَّن في النسخ الاحتياطي الخاص بنظام Android إذا كنت قد فعّلته في حساب Google الخاص بك.

٢. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)

تعرض اللعبة إعلانات بمكافأة (فقط عندما تختار مشاهدتها) وإعلانات بينية بين المراحل، باستخدام Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) المقدَّمة من Google LLC. ولعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، قد تجمع هذه الحزمة وتعالج:

  • معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بالجهاز (Android Advertising ID) ومعرّفات أجهزة مشابهة؛
  • عنوان IP، الذي قد يُستنتج منه موقع تقريبي؛
  • معلومات الجهاز والتطبيق (الطراز، وإصدار النظام، واللغة، وإصدار التطبيق)؛
  • التفاعل مع الإعلانات (الإعلانات المعروضة والتي تم النقر عليها) وبيانات تشخيصية (الأعطال وأداء حزمة الإعلانات).

الموافقة: في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، وفي أي مكان آخر يشترط القانون فيه ذلك، تستخدم اللعبة منصة User Messaging Platform (UMP) من Google لطلب موافقتك قبل عرض إعلانات مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية داخل اللعبة (يظهر هذا الخيار عندما ينطبق عليك). ويمكنك أيضًا إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه، أو إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات، من إعدادات Android (الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات أو الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات).

٣. ما لا يفعله المطوّر

  • لا حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول ولا نماذج تواصل ولا ميزات اجتماعية.
  • لا مشتريات داخل التطبيق. العملات عملة داخل اللعبة تُكسب باللعب فقط، ولا يمكن شراؤها بأموال حقيقية.
  • لا يشغّل المطوّر أي خدمة تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال.
  • لا يجمع المطوّر أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يخزّنها على أي خادم، ولا يبيعها ولا يشاركها.
  • لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الصور أو الموقع الدقيق.

٤. الأطفال

اللعبة ليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع المطوّر عن علم أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم بيانات شخصية عبر خدمة الإعلانات، فتواصل معنا وسنساعدك في الوصول إلى مقدّم الخدمة المعني.

٥. الأمان ومدة الاحتفاظ

تبقى بيانات اللعبة على جهازك حتى تلغي تثبيت التطبيق أو تمسح بياناته. أما البيانات التي تعالجها Google فتُحفظ وفق سياسات Google المذكورة أعلاه.

٦. التغييرات

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، فستُنشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ تحديث جديد أعلاها.

This policy explains what data the app "Gembo: Pixel Sort Puzzle" (package name com.ibrahemdev.gembo) processes, why, and how you can control it. Gembo is a puzzle game that can be played without an internet connection. There are no accounts and no sign-in. The developer does not collect, store or sell any personal data. Your game progress stays on your device. The app has no in-app purchases. It shows ads from Google AdMob, and this Google service processes some data as described below.

1. Data stored on your device

The game saves your progress on your device only, using Android's app storage (the shared_preferences library). This includes: unlocked and completed levels and their stars, coins, boosters, your daily challenge streak, the world chests you have opened, and your settings (sound, music, vibration, language).

This data is never sent to the developer. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. It may be included in Android's own device backup if you have enabled it in your Google account.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one) and interstitial ads between levels, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, the SDK may collect and process:

  • the device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers;
  • the IP address, from which approximate location may be derived;
  • device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version);
  • ad interactions (ads viewed and tapped) and diagnostic data (crash and performance information of the ads SDK).

Consent: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever else required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the game (shown when it applies to you). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

3. What the developer does not do

  • No accounts, logins, contact forms or social features.
  • No in-app purchases. Coins are an in-game currency earned only by playing and cannot be bought with real money.
  • No analytics or crash-reporting service is run by the developer.
  • No personal data is collected, stored on any server, sold or shared by the developer.
  • The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise location.

4. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the ads service, contact us and we will help you reach the relevant provider.

5. Security and retention

Your game data stays on your device and is kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Data processed by Google is kept according to Google's policies linked above.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date at the top.
